Yasir Shah Created History In Cricket

Such A Unique Record Made By The Pakistani Player in 140-year Test history



Everyday new records are maintained on the field of cricket, some records are also created for the first time. One such record is made by Yasir Shah of Pakistan, one of the world's leading spin bowlers. The 31-year-old Pakistani spinner has done such a thing which has never happened before in the history of cricket.

This Pakistani spinner who did this in the field had never been in the 140-year Test history before the Saturday (7th of October, 2017). Pakistan bowler Yasir Shah, running in the glorious form, just as soon as he lone the Sri Lankan team's Lahiru Gamage, he made a history in the Test match. Yasir is the first and only spinner in 140 years of Test history who has scored more than five or five wickets in five consecutive Tests.

If today's game is added, Yasir has made 163 wickets in 28 Test matches in his Test career, so in this matter we have left behind Waqar Younis. Waqar made 159 Test wickets in 28 matches.




Shah Leads The Front


Yasir Shah has become the first such bowler in the world who has made a record of taking five wickets in five consecutive Tests. He has taken 5 or more wickets in any single innings of the last five Tests. No bowlers were able to do this before. Shah, having taken six wickets in the first innings of the second Test match against Sri Lanka in Dubai, had got his name known as Shah.

In the first innings of Pak vs SL the Day-Night Test match played in Dubai, Shah made his fifth victim to Lahiru Gamage. He stabbed the Gamage in his spooky trap and Sarfaraz Ahmed did not make any mistake in stumps and Yasir Shah made history. Shah had already hunted four Sri Lankan batsmen before this incident in Gamage. These four batsmen were also included in the wickets of skilled Silva, Kaushal Mendis, Dinesh Chandimal and Dilruwan Perera. Even after this, Yasir Shah did not stop, taking Fernando's wicket and taking his sixth wicket in the innings, Sri Lanka's first innings collapsed on 482 runs.

In 2017, Yasir Shah is currently playing his sixth Test match. This year he played his first Test against Australia in Sydney. He took 01-01 wickets in both innings of this test. After that, in all the Test matches played in the current year, he has taken five wickets in any innings. This year, he has shown the pavilion to 41 batsmen in 6 Tests and he has taken five wickets in five Tests in five Tests.

Yasir Shah played his second Test match this year in Kingston against the West Indies. In the first innings of this match, he took 02 wickets in the second innings and took 6 wickets. In the third test of 2017 he played in Bridgetown and in the first innings of this match, the spinner had taken the wicket of the Caribbean team by taking 2 wickets in the second innings and 7 wickets. 



The 31-year-old spinner, playing against the West Indies in the fourth Test of 2017, took 3 wickets in the first innings and 5 wickets in the second innings. He played the next Test in Abu Dhabi against Sri Lanka and in the first match of the series, he scored 03 in the first innings and 5 in the second innings. In the first innings of the match being played in Dubai, in the first innings, they created history by taking six wickets. Before the Shah, there was no one able to take five wickets in five Tests in the world five times in five wickets.
