India hosts FIFA Under-17 World Cup football for the first time in the history of football. The FIFA Under-17 Football World Cup, which lasted from 6th October, has now reached the quarter-finals. In this 23-day long World Cup, 44 matches have been played out of a total of 52 matches. These eight veteran teams remain in the title round, which will be fought on October 21 and 22.

In this World Cup, a total of 24 teams of 6 Confederation Countries (Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania, South America and Caribbean countries) have participated. A total of 52 matches will be played in this World Cup that lasted 23 days. The 24 teams participating in this tournament are divided into 06 groups. At present, all the matches till the round of 16 have been held. Now we have to compete with the quarter-finals since October 21.

Quarter-Finals Match Between These Teams

Mali vs. Ghana

The runner-up of last FIFA Under-17 World Cup, Mali, after two years, continuing once again, he has confirmed his place in the last eight. In the tournament's fifth premier quarter-finals, Mali smashed the dream of reaching Iraq's last eight and entered the quarter-finals. While two-time champions Ghana's team defeated their sub continental neighbor Niger 2-0 in the quarter-finals of the FIFA U-17 World Cup. Now Ghana will face Mali on October 21.



US vs. England

Spain vs Iran

However, in the third pre-quarterfinals of the FIFA U-17 World Cup, Iran defeated Mexico by 2-1 on Tuesday and retained the Asian Challenge in the tournament and settled in the last eight. Mohammed Sharifi (7th minute), Alhayer Saiyyad (11th) scored goals from Iran.



Germany vs Brazil

The knockout round of the FIFA U-17 World Cup started in New Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Monday. In the first knockout match of the tournament, Germany crushed Colombia and easily conceded their place in the last eight. At the same time, the three-time champion of winning the hat-trick of Brazil won the victory over Honduras on Wednesday. With the help of two goals from striker Brenner, Brazil's strong contenders, defeating Honduras 3-0 and entering the FIFA U-17 World Cup quarter-finals.
