Indian Women's Cricket Team Captain Mitali Raj

Mitali Raj has opened the option to play in his fifth World Cup in 2021. Mithali said that if his form and fitness do not disappoint him then he would like to play the fifth World Cup.

In the June-July this year, the Mithali-led Indian team made the final place in the World Cup in England and before that they had said that this would be their last World Cup. But now it seems that this batsman who has made the most runs in ODI cricket has changed his mind.



Mithali said, "I have not rejected the idea of playing in the next World Cup, but to reach the fourth year of the World Cup, I have to go through the next three years." Mitali said that the player will start preparing for his first series of ICC ODI Championship against South Africa in December. As part of this championship, India will have to play three matches against South Africa from February 5 to 10.
