On the outstanding performance of Captain Virat Kohli (110 not out) and Bhuvneshwar Kumar (42-5) India defeated Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in the 5th ODI match of the five-match series on Sunday. India has captured 5-0 one-day series for the first time in Sri Lanka. In the wake of Bhuvneshwar Kumar Indian bowlers piled up Sri Lanka for 238 runs in 49.4 overs and then with Kohli's century in the innings and Kedar Jadhav (63) hit half-century on the easy target by losing 4 wickets in 46.3 overs took. This is the second win of 5-0 on India's overseas ground. Under the captaincy of Virat, he had defeated Zimbabwe 5-0 in his home in 2013.

Team India did not get a good start as they chased down the target easily and lost two wickets for 29 runs.
