India Tour of South Africa 2018

Now The Fire Test Of Kohli And Company Will Be In South Africa In January 2018.

India Tour of South Africa 2018

The real test of the country's demolition of opposition teams is going to come. Team India will go on Tour of South Africa next year i.e. January 2018 where they will play Four Tests, Three ODIs and Three T20 Internationals match. Although Team India has won the match in Sri Lanka in this year's Test, ODI and T20, Sri Lanka's team was considered weak. South Africa is a stronger team compared to Sri Lanka, and in the domestic circuit, South Africa can wreak havoc at India team.

According to ESPNcricinfo, the Indian cricket team will start the New Year with a tour of South Africa, whose first match will be played in Cape Town from January 5 or 6. Cricket board of both countries will make a decision the dates of matches in the next few days. The tour was being discussed from the beginning of the year 2018, but till now the program has not been finalized.

Indian Cricket Board BCCI

Under the ICC's Future Tour Program, India is scheduled to tour South Africa, but the BCCI has already made it clear that the Indian team will not be able to reach South Africa before the final week of this year 2018 because of its domestic series against Sri Lanka on 24 December will end. The Indian Cricket Board wants that its players get a short break before going for South Africa. Also, the BCCI wants time for preparation before the big series. Apart from this, the Board wants to have at least one practice match before the series starts.

South African Cricket Board

Usually South Africa starts Test Series with New Zealand, which is usually played from January 2. The South African Cricket Board wants to do the first Test from January 4, so that maximum tickets can be made from match tickets because all tickets for the match are usually sold during the holidays in South Africa.

"The Indian team is now expected to arrive in the last few days of December and will definitely play a practice match before the first Test," the news said quoting an official attached to the interaction.

Conversation between CSA and BCCI was complicated because the Indian Cricket Board was not happy that the South African Board had already decided to schedule the series in Australia and this series would start from March 1. With the launch of the South Africa-Australia series from March 1, the program of India has become quite busy. The official said, now they are trying to get all the CSAs in short time.

Soon after the South Africa Tour, India will go to Sri Lanka to play the T20 Triangular Series, after which all the players will return to the country for the IPL.
